| July 2004 | CEP Holdings was founded for the purpose of integrating the operations of the hair salon business with beauty salon and barbershop services. |
| July 2013 | CEP Holdings merged with “Nexus” Company and “Myumyu” Company for the purpose of integrated operations. |
| October 2014 | Nail Salon, Hair Salon, Hair Makeup, Photo Studio Photography, Established Best Scene Co.Ltd. |
